ISO 9001:2000 quality management system

On March 28, 2006 our company successfully implemented the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system into its business.
The quality policy and aims are an integral part of the business policy and aims of the organization. It is the company's long term plan to fully master the quality of products which will meet the customers' demands.
Politika i ciljevi kvalitete sastavni su dio poslovne politike i ciljeva poslovanja organizacije. Dugoročno poslovno opredjeljenje tvrtke je potpuno ovladati kvalitetom proizvoda koji u potpunosti ispunjavaju zahtjeve kupaca.
Quality policy
The quality policy and aims are an integral part of the business policy and aims of the Organization.
The Organization plans to fully master the quality of products which will meet the customers' demands.
Customers demand quality and they compare the product with the agreed quality and delivery time. We build our relationship with the customers on the basis of mutual trust, fair notification and efficient problem solving.
We see suppliers as very important agents in reaching the desired quality of our products. Therefore, special attention is given to all our suppliers.
The employees of the Organization are the basic drivers of the quality system because they realize the set goals directly, by means of their work, expertise and eagerness.
The Management has familiarized all the workers, suppliers and customers with the proclaimed quality policy.
By means of maintenance of the introduced quality management system the Management will evaluate its consistency and efficiency and consider any possibilities to improve and advance the business as a whole.
